Having built a successful business in Chelmsford since 2010, our additional branch in Bishop's Stortford launched in September 2017.
The workshop in Stort Valley, just off the Stansted Road (behind BMW, near Wickes and Homebase) is a state of the art facility with all necessary Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Skoda factory diagnostic equipment and software.
We provide servicing, repairs, MOT and diagnostics but labour rates 50% lower than the main dealer network. Work is never carried out without the customer's authority and we always take time to explain the invoice.
We are extremely proud of our immaculate workshop and welcome the opportunity to show owners the parts that need replacing or give you the chance to speak to the technician working on your car.
In August 2018 Craig Bunn joined the team – he is a Master Technician who started his career as an apprentice in 1997 and had been at the Chelmsford Volkswagen dealership ever since.
